Kat is a Partner at Y Combinator. She was Chief of Staff to Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit, before joining YC as its Director of Outreach. Prior to that, Kat was at WIRED Magazine where she managed brand and strategy.

She co-hosts Y Combinator’s Female Founders Conference, an annual event that has been helping women who want to start and run their own startups since 2014.
